Coastal Sitters is a locally owned and operated babysitting agency in the heart of Sarasota, specializing in vacationing family child care in the Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, and surrounding areas. Coastal Sitters also services local residential families in the area offering date nights, day dates, overnights, travel babysitting, and more. All of our sitters are professional, vetted, CPR/First Aid certified, and have 3+ years of babysitting experience. I have personally trained each sitter, and am confident in the quality of service you will receive from each one.
Meet the heart behind Coastal Sitters
Hey, I'm Ava! A Sarasota native who spent a surf, sun, and sitting filled 1.5 years in Oahu. On Oahu, I worked as a nanny in two agencies specializing in luxury childcare, working with 50+ visiting families all across the globe.
Over the span of 6 months, I built a client base of 40+ families, ranging from date night, overnights, day dates, school pickups, work from home, spa days, grocery runs- pretty much anything you can think of! When I moved back to Sarasota, I realized families were missing one thing; support, reliability, and trust.
Since then, I've made it my mission to provide families with the highest quality of childcare. I truly believe it’s the deepest honor to be allowed into the home and hearts of Sarasota vacationing and residing families, and is a value I share with all of the Coastal Sitters.
