Standard Cancellations
For cancellations more than 24 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee.
You are welcome to reschedule a booking, always.

Under 24-Hour Cancellations
For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the half of the full booking amount will be charged to the card on file.
For same-day cancellations, the full booking amount will be charged to the card on file. 

Coastal Sitters Cancellations
In the rare event that Coastal Sitters must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
 
Early Returns
If you return earlier than 4 hours, the 4 hour minimum will still be effective and you will be charged in full.
 
Agreement
By booking with Coastal Sitters, you agree to this cancellation policy.
This ensures fairness and respect for both our sitters and the families we serve.
