1. Services Provided
Coastal Sitters connects families with qualified, background-checked babysitters. Our services are available for full-time, part-time, and vacationing families. A full description of our services and pricing is listed on our website.

2. Booking & Payments
• Bookings must be made through our website’s booking form or directly with our team.
• All payments are processed securely through Square.
• A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking and will be securely kept on file within Square’s encrypted system for future bookings and billing.
• Payment is due at the time of service or in accordance with the billing terms agreed upon at booking.
• Late payments may result in suspension of future bookings until the balance is paid.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Families must provide at least [Insert Hours] hours notice for cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellation fees, if applicable, are charged to the card on file.
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with our stated refund policy at the time of booking.

• Photos or videos of sitters, families, or children will only be used on our website, marketing materials, or social media with written or digital consent from a parent or guardian.
• Consent for media usage can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

• Coastal Sitters acts as an agency to connect families with sitters and is not responsible for the direct actions of independent contractor sitters beyond the scope of our vetting process.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, sitter availability, or compatibility.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Sitters is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services.
