Hi, I'm Ava! A Sarasota native who spent an incredible surf, sun, and sitting filled 1.5 years on Oahu, Hawaii. While there, I worked within two wonderful agencies, providing nanny services to 50+ visiting families from around the world. In just 8 months, I cultivated a community of 40+ families, ranging from date nights, day dates, overnights, school pickups and drop offs, self-care days for moms, travel sitting (think Costa Rica), and created countless memories that are written across my heart, forever.

​When I returned home to Sarasota, I noticed families were missing three things: passion, reliability, and trust. 

 

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to provide families with the highest quality of childcare.

I created Coastal Sitters to serve vacationing families as they enjoy the magical Sarasota waters- and to provide a village for residential families to lean on in every season of life. I believe it’s the greatest honor to be allowed into the homes and hearts of every child, family, and life, - it’s a value I share with every Coastal Sitter.
